The Legislative Committee of the N. Y. State Woman Suffrage Association tion to a Concurrent Resolution now before the Legislature, to amend the State C the word "Male" from Sectional, Article f, of the Constitution.
This resolution has been introduced in the Senate by Hon. Henry W. Hill ol bly by Hon. Edward C. Dowling of Brooklyn, and will be referred to the Judi Hon. George Allen Davis, of Buffalo, is Chairman in the Senate and Hon. Chai Chairman in the Assembly.
You are earnestly urged to give the Legislative Committee your full suppol bill favorably reported and, you can do much to help the progress of the meaw resolutions sent from the Clubs in your City-or from private individuals-to the E. Hughes; to the Lieut. Gov., Lewis S. Chanl ler; to Speaker Wadsworth and Judiciary Committees, above named; also to the Senator and Assemblymen from to support the measure.
You will find also enclosed Petition Headings, which you will please paste and secure as many signatures as possible returning the same to the Legislative C Albany, not later than February 10th.
