In our home in Lackawanna we had a store-room over the kitchen - a large light room, in which I had old trunks and boxes stored with keepsakes, among them many old clippings and papers which would be valuable today. But we had three fires while living in that house, one a disastrous one which took the roof off the store-room. It was thought fire was set by sparks from a defective flus
