Conference of Government Experts on the Reaffirmation and Development of International Humanitarian Law Applicable in Armed Conflicts Geneva, 24 May - 12 June 1971

Experts from thirty-nine countries participated in this conference, which was convened by the International Committee of the Red Cross, to draft supplementary rules for the law of armed conflict.
