This page includes sites for the military, police, intelligence, and regional alliances as well as military history. The Internet in Russia holds a wealth of sites on these topics ranging from veterans' pages and sites devoted to particular branches or units of the military to literary portals commemorating historic or tragic events and police and crime-related sites. As the scope is broad, so too are the creators of such sites, with pages by enthusiasts, veterans, academics, established organizations, nonprofit groups, and news agencies.
