Umbrella organization for several Australian women's groups.
National Women's Justice Coalition
Organization promoting “women's equality before the law in Australia.” The website includes an extensive "Index of Australian National Women's Peak Organisations and Regional Women's Organisations Not Represented Nationally," listed alphabetically by name of organization.
Office for Women (Department of Family and Community Services)
Federal government office charged with providing the government with advice and policy recommendations on women's issues. The website includes full-text statistics, a timeline of milestones in Australian women's history, the "Window on Women" gateway to statistical resources on women's issues, and other information.
