The National Library of Ireland is a legal deposit library of all
works published in the Republic of Ireland. It has the responsibility
of administering the Office of the Chief Herald, formerly the
Office of the Ulster King of Arms, which is responsible for heraldic
matters in Ireland. The Library offers a Links page
with links to useful sites such as the Irish libraries on the
