British History Online The digital library of text and information about people, places and businesses from the medieval and early modern period, built by the Institute of Historical Research and the History of Parliament Trust. Use of the site is free but registration is required.	British Official Publications Collaborative Reader (BOPCRIS) Index to British official publications over the period 1688 to 1995. Researchers can browse documents by subjects (with emphases on government, economics, and social issues) or search by keyword.	Royal Historical Society Bibliography Index to articles and essays about British and Irish history from the Roman period to the present day. It includes data from two other digital initiatives, Irish History Online and London's Past Online. The user can search by author, by publication details, by subject, or by period covered. History of the United Kingdom–Primary Documents From Brigham Young University, a collection of links to digitized primary source documents relating to British studies.	Land Forces of Britain, the Empire and Commonwealth Comprehensive catalog of web resources, with bibliographic notes, pertaining to military units of the British Empire and Commonwealth. A collaborative effort of a group of military historians and researchers.
