Digital Library for the Decorative Arts and Material Culture
From the University of Wisconsin and the Chipstone Foundation, this site includes digitized versions of classic texts such as The Grammar of Ornament and the Gentleman and Cabinetmaker’s Director. In addition, items from the extensive Chipstone collection can be viewed with accompanying descriptive notes.

Danish Museum of Art and Design’s
Supported by the Danish Museum of Art and Design, this site includes images and information about Danish furniture made in the past 200 years. Contains searchable information about more than 10,000 pictured pieces of furniture.
