Note: Note: Continuation of The Connecticut journal, and New-Haven post-boy. Between Jan. 10-Mar. 28, 1799, the title was: Connecticut journal and weekly advertiser. As of Apr. 4, 1799, title again became known as The Connecticut journal. Some issues contain the words: "containing the freshest advices, foreign and domestic". Continued by the Connecticut journal and advertiser, Jan. 5, 1809.
