Cornell University Library Making of America Collection

The collection includes 955 volumes from twenty-two nineteenth-century periodicals digitized by Cornell University as part of the original Making of America project.

This site provides information and links on the geography, people, politics, and economics of the fifty states. Includes information pertaining to New Hampshire's state bird, flag, flower, and much more.

Historic American Sheet Music

This collection includes 3,042 pieces of sheet music published in America between 1850 and 1920. It presents a wide variety of types of vocal music: bel canto, minstrel songs, protest songs, sentimental songs, patriotic and political songs, plantation songs, Civil War songs, spirituals, dance music, songs from vaudeville and musicals, Tin Pan Alley, and World War I.

Making of America Books

Making of America (MOA) is a digital library of primary sources in American social history primarily from the antebellum period through reconstruction. The book collection currently contains approximately 10,000 books with 19th century imprints. This collection contains a digitized book concerning the Merrimack River in New Hampshire.

National Park Service (NPS)

The fundamental purpose of the NPS is to conserve the scenery and the natural and historic objects and the wild life therein and to provide for the enjoyment of the same in such manner and by such
means as will leave them unimpaired for the enjoyment of future generations. The NPS provides highlights, statistics, and a list of national parks for New Hampshire.

New Hampshire Historical Society

The New Hampshire Historical Society preserves the state's past and tells rich stories to each generation. The Society uses its vast collection to serve thousands of members and visitors through its research library, museum, publications, and outreach programs.

The New Hampshire State Portal is the gateway to state's government Web sites and information. The site includes selected resources on federal, county, and local government.
