Stew

America, North: Nigerian

This recipe was made for the first time at my dad's birthday party and we eat it often for dinner now. I don't remember anything about it because I was not born at that time.

Ingredients

2 lbs stew meat
4 potatos
8 carrot
2 celery stalks, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 (14 1/2 oz) can of stewed tomatos
2 cups water

Preparation

Put all ingredients into a pressure cooker, and cook for forty-five min on high.
