My grandma always makes it for our family.She passed it down to me and my family. That was the first thing I made and now I love to cook.

Ingredients

4 piece Matza
water
4eggs
Salt
pepper
half cup milk

Preparation

First fill a bowl with water. Break the matza in 1 inch pieces and sook it in water for 5 minutes. Scramble the eggs, put in the milk, and salt and pepper to taste. Drain water and combine eggs and the matza.Cook for 5 minutes, medium high, and mix constantly. Serve with whipped cream.
