Shrimp and Crawfish Stew America, North: Cajun dish

This is is only made on holidays.It means a lot to my family.This dish came from my great grand mother, who made it every holiday. We just kept the tradition going.The dish is very good and we eat it together as a family.The dish brings along good eating and good conversation.It is very important to my family.
Ingredients Rice shrimp crawfish frying pan butter salt green onion pepper tomato sauce.	Preparation Cook 2 cups of rice and let it get cool. Sautee shrimp and crawfish in frying pan. Add a spoon of butter, 2 spoons of salt, 2 spoons of red pepper, 1 chopped green onion and 1 green pepper. Add 1 can of tomato sauce. Bring to a boil for 30 min. Turn fire off and let the stew cool for 10 min. Add rice and serve.
