my name is Daniel Rosales and this my recipe. It is imprtant because we use almost erey time we have a bar B-Q. the story behine the recipe is my grandma gave it to my mom and my mom has been making it every almost exery time we have a bar B-Q.The time we eat this at bar B-Q.


20 ounces porthouse stake
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon meat tenderizer
1 teaspoon steak seasoning


first you place the steak on a plate and coat lightly with olive oil
second you rub with meat tenderizser
third you sprinkle steak with canadian steak seasoning and gently rub into steak
fourth you cover with plastic wrap and let stand for 20 min.
last you unwrap, and then you grill on an open flame or charcoal grill to your preference
