FRIED EGGS AND RICE

Africa, Central: American

THIS DISH WAS INTRODUCED TO ME BY MY GRANDMOTHER. WE DIDN'T HAVE ANY FOOD IN THE HOUSE BUT SOME RICE AND EGGS. SO MY GRANDMOTHER PUT IN IT INTO A SKELOT WITH A LITTLE BIT OF SEASONING, AND THATS HOW I CAME UP WITH EGGS AND RICE.

Ingredients

EGGS
RICE, cooked
SALT
PEPPER
BUTTER

Preparation

GET TWO EGGS, PUT THEM IN A BOWL WITH A LITTLE BIT OF SALT AND THE SAME AMOUNT OF PEPPER AS SALT. MIX IT SO EVERYTHING IS TOGETHER. PUT BUTTER IN A SKILLET SO THAT IT WONT STICK. POUR THE EGGS IN THE SKILLET WITH THE RICE. STIR IT UP AND YOU HAVE EGGS AND RICE.
