Shrimp Fried Rice

Asia, Central: Vietnamese

This dish can be eaten anytime on any occasion but is usually served on Chinese and Vietnamese New Year.


10 cups of cooked rice
2 pounds of shrimp
2 bags of mixed veggies (corn, carrots and beans)
5 eggs
2 teaspoon of salt
2 teaspoon of pepper
1 tablespoon of soysauce
and 1 cup of oil


Heat oil in a frying pan.
Stir in rice, eggs and shrimp.
Then pour in salt, pepper and mixed veggies.
Cook for about 5 minutes and then serve.
