Babooshka Kabobs

This is a wonderful little family recipe that my great grandma made every Hannukah. It's very simple and easy to make, and it tastes great.

Ingredients

salt
oil
beef
peppers
carrots
and other vegetables
matzo balls
bamboo kabob sticks
water

Preparation

1. Pre heat the oven to 350
2. Set a dish of water out to soak sticks in.
3. Cut up some beef and saute it in oil till it cooks to your liking.
4. Cut up peppers, and carrot to bit size kabob pieces and put them on the stick along with some matzoballs. 5. Cook them in the oven for 15 minutes, and serve right after for best taste. ENJOY!
