Chocolate Chip Cookies

Sometimes when my family makes chocolate chip cookies I sneak and get some cookie dough. We make them for soilders and veterans one time a solider came to our house and we had chocolate chip cookies it was so much fun. we sent cookies o some soldiers that we know in Iraq. I love cookies!

Ingredients

3/4 c. granulated sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 large egg
2 1/4 c. all- purpose flour
1 tsp.baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
bag semisweet chocolate chips

Preparation

#1. Heat oven to 375 degrees
#2. Mix sugars and butter and vanilla together
#3. Stir in flour, baking soda,and salt and mix well
#4. Add chocolate chips
#5. Drop dough by tablespoonfulls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet
#6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown
