Apple Nut Cake

This is important because my mom's Apple Nut Cake on special occasions tastes really, really good.

Ingredients

2 cups of sugar
2 cups of flour
4 cups apples
1 cup walnuts
2/3 oil
2 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Mix ingredients throughly and bake in a greased pan for 1 hour.
