Enchiladas

My mom always makes it for parties. She learned it from my great-great grandpa.

Ingredients

6 green chiles
1 lb. shredded cheese
1/4 cup oil
1 dozen flour tortillas

Preparation

1. Boil the green chiles.
2. Put cheese into the chiles.
3. Put in a baking pan, and bake for 5 minutes.
4. Pour the oil over the chiles.
5. Wrap tortillas around the chiles.
6. Serve and enjoy.
