America, North: Mexican

The first time this food was introduced to my family was when I was little and we went to my dad's parents' house for a family dinner and Enchiladas were being served. This food is important to our family because it's one of the most known dish for Mexicans.

1 lb. Ground beef
1/2 onion chopped
1 can of enchilada sauce
6-8 soft tortillas
8 oz of your favorite cheese

Brown the beef and onions, then drain.
Dip the tortillas into the enchilada sauce
Put cheese on top
30 min. to cook at 350 degrees
