Speaker Biography: Jacques Pepin, one of America?s best known chefs, is a food columnist, cookbook author, cooking teacher and host of the public television series, Jacques Pepin Celebrates with his daughter, Claudine. The companion guide to the series, "Jacques Pepin Celebrates," won a 2002 James Beard Foundation Award for Entertaining and Special Occasions. His latest book is "The Apprentice: My Life in the Kitchen." He lives in Madison, Conn.
