All Three Library of Congress Buildings to Close on Friday, April 23

Supersedes Media Advisory of April 21

Due to additional security requirements related to events connected with the NATO summit, all Library of Congress buildings on Capitol Hill will be closed on Friday, April 23.

Three public events previously scheduled for April 23 are cancelled: Poetry at Noon in the Pickford Theater; the 6:30 p.m. film program in the Pickford Theater; and the Juilliard String Quartet concert in the Coolidge Auditorium at 8 p.m.

All three Library of Congress buildings will resume their usual hours of operation on Saturday, April 24.
