Holiday Hours at the Library of Congress
All Library buildings will be closed Sunday, Dec. 25, Monday, Dec. 26, Sunday, Jan. 1, and Monday, Jan. 2.
On Saturday, Dec. 24, all public reading rooms in all Library buildings will be closed. The Jefferson Building Great Hall and exhibition space will be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be no public tours available. The Sales Shop in the Jefferson Building will open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Entrance to the Jefferson Building will be through the carriage entrance from the west front drive.
The Adams Building will be closed that day. The Madison Building and the Madison snack bar, ground level, will be open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
On Saturday, Dec. 31, all Library buildings will be open until 5 p.m. for researchers and visitors.
