October 7, 2014 Law Library Reading Room Relocates, Temporarily Closes

As part of a major renovation project, the Law Library Reading Room, located in Room LM 201 in the James Madison Memorial Building of the Library of Congress, 101 Independence Ave. SE, Washington, D.C., will be closed on Friday, Oct. 10 and Saturday, Oct. 11.

The Law Library Reading Room will reopen on Tuesday, Oct. 14, in temporary quarters in Room LM G15 in the Madison Building and remain there until renovations are completed.

All Library of Congress reading rooms will be closed on Monday, Oct. 13, for the federal Columbus Day holiday. The Library of Congress is closed Sundays.
