Structural Metadata Dictionary for LC Repository Digital Objects
This section lists the structural metadata attributes associated with digital objects for photographs, text document images, raster maps, and SGML encoded text documents. Unless otherwise noted, each attribute applies to all four of these types of material. Attributes for recorded sound and motion video digital objects will be added as they are defined.
Where appropriate, subordinate attributes are indicated. One or more subordinate attributes may comprise an attribute. For example, date of last revision and time of last revision together form the date/time stamp indicating when an object was last revised.
