This is not an inherently legal heading. The proposal to add the UF City councils-Law and legislation was not approved. A proposal to establish the heading City councils-Law and legislation may be submitted if needed.

Use of the free-floating subdivision -Influence has been expanded to include use under literary, artistic, and moving image works entered under title. However, it was deemed undesirable to expand the use of the free-floating subdivision -Appreciation to include use under titles of individual motion pictures. The proposal to add a general see also reference from Motion pictures-Appreciation was not approved.
Metropolitan Opera (New York, N.Y.)-Radio broadcasting of performances
It was judged undesirable to precoordinate this combination of elements. A combination of separate existing headings can be assigned to the work being cataloged. The proposal was not approved.
