Imagination Library Story Time: Rachel Isadora
Especially for children up to age 5, this program featured reading, music and special guest reader, author Rachel Isadora. This program is presented by the Library of Congress and Dolly Parton's Imagination Library. Story Time with Carla Hayden, Librarian of Congress
Carla Hayden, the 14th Librarian of Congress, visited the Young Readers Center on her third day on the job. The Librarian read a picture book, "Click, Clack, Surprise" by Doreen Cronin and illustrated by Betsy Lewin which was featured at the 2016 National Book Festival the following week.

Story Time for Young Readers: National Book Festival Edition

An Africa Themed Story: Ifroma Onyefulu & Caroline Quandt
