Conduct at the Battle of Little Big Horn River
The Battle of Little Big Horn River, commonly referred to as Custer’s Last Stand, was an armed engagement of the Great Sioux War of 1876 in which the U.S. 7th Calvary suffered a defeat. Major Marcus A. Reno was a senior officer who was granted a court of inquiry over his conduct at the Little Bighorn. These documents are the results of that inquiry.

Henry Wirz Trial Materials
Henry Wirz was an officer in the Confederate States Army during the U.S. Civil War. He was in charge of Camp Sumter, a prisoner of war camp for Union soldiers. After the war, he was tried and executed for murder and the inhumane conditions and this is a collection of those documents, including an index by subject.
