    Washington Post columnist and biographer Max Boot’s project for the past decade has been an effort to understand the contradictions of Ronald Reagan’s personality and life. “Reagan: His Life and Legend” is the result, a biography that draws on many new interviews with those who knew Reagan and on thousands of recently released documents. Boot appears in conversation with David M. Rubenstein.
