School Days

Amid an elevated view of a schoolyard, Whitney Sherman cleverly integrates collaged forms of pills and capsules to draw viewers' attention to danger lurking for children and the need for drug-free school zones. Often using multiple media in her work, Sherman is a multifaceted artist, designer, educator, lecturer and writer. Her clients include major newspapers, magazines, and book publishers, in addition to legal and health organizations, and institutions of higher learning.
