This is to notify you that Test 536, the Library Equivalency Tests, used to qualify Librarina Series, GS-1410, should no longer be used. All other provisions of the Qualifiactions Standard still apply. This change will be included in the next Qualifications Standards Transmittal.
Service Center Directors should inform their agency employers of the GS-1410 position of this change and remind them that the test option should not be included in vacancy announcements.
