Collection Description (CRHP): The project was funded by the Centennial Committee of the Nebraska State Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar Foundation, and the Creighton University School of Law.
Collection Description (Extant): Over the last twenty years, Creighton University law professor Richard Shugrue conducted interviews of eighteen judges and politicians from Nebraska and the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
The Historical Society of the United States Courts in the Eighth Circuit sponsored interviews of eight judges from the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.
