Collection Description (Extant): The original collection contains three oral history interviews conducted by Dr. Adam Fairclough: William Bailey Sr., president of the Bogalusa NAACP (1950-1972); Harvey H. Britton, Louisiana Field Director of the NAACP (1965-1976); and with James H. Henderson, President of the New Iberia NAACP (1964-1970). The addendum consists of transcripts of three additional interviews done by Fairclough during his research at Tulane University: Jesse N. Stone Jr., John R. Martzell, and Harvey R. H. Britton.
