Collection Description (CRHP): Most interviews in this collection were recorded in the late 1970s and early 1980s, and many have not been transcribed. Topics covered in interviews include Black life in Las Vegas and Nevada generally, as well as school integration, Black entertainers on the strip, Black coaches, housing issues, unions, NAACP, Union Pacific Railroad, Black Mormons, race discrimination, job discrimination, bussing, and public accommodations.
