Repository description (extant): The U.S. Courts Library system for the Sixth Circuit is made up of the Cincinnati headquarters library and branch satellite libraries in Chattanooga, Cleveland, Columbus, Detroit, Grand Rapids, Louisville, Memphis, Nashville and Toledo. Our primary mission is to provide legal research support services to all federal courts within the geographic boundaries of the four states comprising the Sixth Circuit. The federal courts we serve are the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, District Courts, and Bankruptcy Courts.
