Repository description (CRHP): Audiovisual collections at the OHS include 8,500 cubic feet and more than one million photographic images (complemented by 10,700 cubic feet of manuscript materials). Included are a number of audio and video recordings relevant to civil rights and African American history in the state.
Repository description (extant): The Archives/Library of the Ohio Historical Society collects, preserves, and makes available to the public written and graphic information concerning Ohio's history. As the State Archives of Ohio, it is the designated repository for state government records of enduring historical value.
