  • -  34.4 x 26.7 cm.; 2 cols. (22.7 x 6.8, total 16.2); 22 lines. f. 349-351 by later hand. Miniatures: Jn (f. 4v); Mt (f. 48v); Lk (f. 118v); Mk (f. 210v). The first seal on f. 349v gives the date of writing April 17, 1367; the last seal on f. 351r, April 16, 1408, but the script seems to be of the 12th century.
  • -  Title card lists both the 12th century and 1367 as dates, but with question marks. The additional date of 1408 is listed within the checklist notes.
