  • -  LC copy removed from the President's room in the U.S. Capitol by British Admiral George Cockburn on August 24, 1814, immediately prior to the British burning of the Capitol. Later purchased by A.S.W. Rosenbach and returned to the Library of Congress, January 6, 1940.
