  • -  Дом принадлежал военному коменданту города Красноярска полковнику Волкову, затем его жене. Во второй половине XIX в. с 1873 по 1895 г. здесь размещалась учительская семинария (о чем свидетельствует вывеска на втором этаже) и начальная школа. Директором учительской семинарии в эти годы был Иван Тимофеевич Савенков. В учительской семинарии хорошо была поставлена методическая подготовка учителей и педагогическая практика, чему способствовала находящаяся в этом здании начальная школа.
