Здание справа принадлежало Симону Карловичу Гоштовту, отцу Владимира Гоштовта - первого председателя Красноярского совета рабочих и солдатских депутатов, образованного в городе Красноярске в годы первой русской революции (1905-1907 гг.) Позднее в этом доме размещался Государственный банк Енисейской губернии.
