Povyshaetsi︠a︡ ėtazhnost' postroek, uvelichivai︠u︡tsi︠a︡ okonnye proemy s ploskim zaversheniem. Ne byli preodoleny print︠s︡ipy ėklektiki, i arkhitektory rabotali v raznykh stili︠a︡kh. Kharakterno chrezmernoe uvlechenie melkimi detali︠a︡mi v oformlenii fasadov.   • -  Дом купеческого общества был построен в 1910 году по проекту архитектора Леонида Александровича Чернышева. В начале XX в. в Красноярске работает группа профессиональных архитекторов и гражданских инженеров. Здания строятся по принципу комбинированной конструктивной структуры. Повышается этажность построек, увеличиваются оконные проемы с плоским завершением. Не были преодолены принципы эклектики, и архитекторы работали в разных стилях. Характерно чрезмерное увлечение мелкими деталями в оформлении фасадов. В доме купеческого общества некоторое время размещался Русско-Китайский банк (Красноярское отделение) и гостиница "Енисей".
