This autograph manuscript is part of a codex of which the first part is now MS Paris, Bibliothèque nationale de France, héb. 358, where the title is הדינים היוצאים מהמשנה על דרך הרמב"ם ז"ל לפי מה שפירש בפירושו עליה ולפי מה שביאר במשנה תורה.
  • -  This manuscript includes an index of the halakhot in Mishneh Torah, Hilkhot De'ot and Zeraim (ff. 2r-6v) and the text of those in the commentary of the Mishnah, order Zeraim, from Kilaim chapter four until order Shevi'it, chapter three. A colophon at the end of Kilaim states that it was completed on Wednesday 20 Tammuz 5314=20 June 1554 ביום ד' בעשרים לחדש תמוז ולעשרים לחדש יוניו שנת שי"ד לפ"ק (f. 52v) and on f. 53r, at the beginning of W152, the author wrote that he began on Monday, 25 Tammuz of that year in Mantua נתחיל מסכת שביעית... היום הזה יום ב' כ"ה תמוז שנת שי"ד לפ"ק פה מנטובה. The entire work was begun on 27 Kislev 5312=1552 according to the author's statement in the Paris manuscript.
