  • -  DCM ledger: "Half-Flute.... Prof. Albisi wrote music especially for this flute, to be played with left hand only.... On under side of flute at mid-length is a socket for a handle, for right hand, for holding flute to embouchure." The handle, which may partly have been for RH usage, is missing an element at the bottom, implying that it may have had a table stand or other fixed device underneath.
