Summary
- Marionettes are used to tell the story of coffee as it has never been told before through scenes dramatizing legends, dances, literature, history, and industrial development. The story of Kaldi and his goats, the Dance of the Prince and Princess from the ballet Scheherazade, and the coffeehouse meetings of historical figures David Garrick, Samuel Johnson, Oliver Goldsmith, Sarah Siddons, James Otis, John Adams, and Paul Revere are depicted. How coffee is grown, harvested, roasted, and packed in vacuum cans is also explained.
