  • 1. New York Harbor (00:07-01:21): Aboard the SS Majestic, Phil Berman and George Gershwin shake hands. Ira Gershwin, smoking a cigarette, stands with Leo Robin, and they are then joined by George Gershwin. Three unidentified male passengers link arms and dance on the ship's deck. As the ship departs, George Gershwin and Ira Gershwin wave their hats in farewell. Other passengers in the background also wave goodbye. George Gershwin, seated on a bench, smokes a pipe and adjusts his coat collar. Phil Berman, seated on a bench, buttons his coat. George Gershwin, Phil Berman, and Leo Robin stand together and point in a direction off-screen. George Gershwin and Leo Robin wave their hats. Phil Berman and Leo Robin jump together -- 2. Palm Beach (1:22-3:14): On the beach, Adolph Zukor, smoking a cigarette, stands in a group of unidentified beachgoers.
