Hall, Tulsa, resident counsel for the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, and Thurgood Marshall, New York attorney for the NAACP. Later at Oklahoma City, the Oklahoma Regents for Higher Education announced it was establishing a separate law school for Negroes. The action followed an order by the United States Supreme Court to Oklahoma to furnish equal immediate educational facilities for Mrs. Fisher."
