- - Parchment of southern preparation; ink of uneven intensity; the script is pre-humanistic gothic of the "libraria" level, done with wide pen tip, verticals emphasized.
- - Rebound in 1999 at LC in white tawed pigskin over wooden boards; kept in a box 37 x 27 x 12.5 cm with a compartment holding old parchment covers of ca. 1600; laid-in are 4 ms. fragments and a folder of correspondence dated 1940-1944.
- - Red captions; numerous minor initials (1 or 2 lines high) in alternating blue and red, flourished in the other color, in Italian style.
- - Signatures: [1-7]⁸ [8]⁶ [9-10]⁸ [11-12]⁶; some gatherings have leaf signatures (ij, 3 or iij, 4)
