-  Interview with Reverend Louis McDowell, owner, McDowell's Barber Shop.
-  Summary of audio segment: (A customer comes in; I ask why he comes here) "I've known him since I was a tot and he's practiced on my hair for thirty-odd years and he has experience. My first cut from him, I was two." McDowell: he was used to it, he didn't cry. (I ask the customer what makes a good barber) "Friendliness, caring for his clients, caring how they look, and eagerness to have them back and as far as the Reverend goes, he's a good pastor and he believes in Christ and those are the ingredients that make your cake rise. To make those customers come back, you have to have those ingredients... My son's first cut was done by McDowell seven years ago...It's a family tradition for us to get our hair cut by the Reverend."
