-  Summary of audio segment: AS says you have to be a sensitive person to begin with, and at the same time be able to deal with situations like amputations, and with people who have all sorts of physical problems. That just comes with experience, being sensitive to people's needs, and realizing that you're providing a service. AS has frequently gone to people's homes, and run into some very difficult situations. He's gone to the hospital, to nursing homes. And they're not always pleasant situations. But you have to be sensitive not only to their needs, but you have to feel that. Have to feel how they feel about their particular problem. Some people don't have any, they're not worried about how they may appear to you. Others are embarrassed, and you have to be very conscious of that. That comes from experience, more than anything.
